EUCFI announces the Professional Integration HUB 3.0 participants
The three-stage selection process, which lasted six weeks, has been completed.

The Professional Integration HUB proudly presents the participants of its third round. After a competitive selection process, a new cohort of Ukrainian professionals has been chosen for 3-month paid internships at leading Austrian institutions and organizations.

This round of the HUB attracted remarkable interest. A total of 214 applications were submitted by 182 unique candidates. Out of these, 78 interviews were conducted, 45 candidates were recommended for internships, and finally 11 participants were selected (10 confirmed at this stage, with KEBA Group to announce their decision shortly).
Geography
The majority of applications came from Vienna and surrounding areas (72%), followed by Linz (4.7%), Graz (4.2%), Salzburg (3.3%), and other Austrian locations (15.9%).
Age
Nearly half of applicants (46.7%) were aged 36–45, while 21.9% were 18–25, and 21.4% were 26–35. Applicants aged 46–55 made up 8.6%, and 1.4% were aged 56–60.
Fields of expertise
The most represented areas were Marketing, Media & Communications (23.8%), Management & Fundraising (12.6%), Arts and Culture (12.6%), and Education (11.2%). Other fields included Social Entrepreneurship and Business Development (7.9%), Research and Development (7.9%), EU Institutions & Integration (5.6%), Innovation, Mobility, and Infrastructure (5.6%), Public Policy and Administration (5.1%), Tourism (4.7%), and Energy & Environment (2.8%).
Language proficiency
A majority of applicants were proficient in English (51.9%), while 36% demonstrated independent use and 12.1% had basic knowledge. German proficiency varied: B1 (41.6%), B2 (35.5%), A2 (9.8%), C1 (8.9%), and A1 (4.2%).
Occupational status
73.8% of candidates were currently unemployed, while 26.2% were employed.
