Program Modules

Each week focuses on one thematic module, including lectures, individual work, and a final project presentation.

  • Module 1: Higher Education in Austria and the EU: Systems, Autonomy, Reforms

  • Module 2: EU Educational Standards and the Bologna Process

  • Module 3: Digital Transformation and Educational Technologies

  • Module 4: International Marketing, Accreditation, and Visibility of Universities

  • Module 5: Funding in Higher Education: National and EU Sources

  • Module 6: International Project Management in Education

Each module includes:

  • 12 hrs of expert lectures and Q\&A

  • 12 hrs of independent work

  • 6 hrs of group project work and presentation

Certification

Participants receive an official certificate that meets Ukrainian standards for professional development.

The certificate includes:

  • Participant name

  • Full title and volume of the program (180 hours / 6 ECTS)

  • Description of competencies and learning outcomes

  • Name of the provider and signature of the responsible person

  • Unique certificate number and date of issue

A public list of issued certificates will be available within 15 days of completion.

    International Experts presentations and lections will be provided in English. Communication with group, project presentations and organisational support will be available in Ukrainian.

  • Is the Program Recognized in Ukraine?

    Yes. The certificate complies with Ministry of Education and Science requirements and is valid for teacher and researcher qualification advancement.

  • What Kind of Certificate Is Issued?

    An official certificate indicating 180 academic hours (6 ECTS), signed and documented per Ukrainian standards.

  • How Are ECTS Credits Calculated?

    Based on 30 academic hours per 1 ECTS. The full course offers 6 ECTS = 180 hours.
