Our organization was registered in December 2022, so the entire past year was dedicated to strategic activities, searching for partners, and sponsors. We thank our friend and partners for your diverse support in our endeavors, which was particularly crucial at the start of our operations.
Due to the efforts of our team and the support of friends and partners, the past year has been exceptionally productive for our organization.
Key achievements we are excited to share:
We managed to build a dream team that we plan to expand next year.
We stepped into the public space and officially presented the European Centre for Freedom and Independence. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn:
EUCFI secured important partnerships, including collaborations with WIENXTRA, WIIS Austria, UNSA Vienna, and Global Ukraine.
Our organization became an implementing partner of the ERSTE Foundation and received funding to implement a long-term internship program for Ukrainian professionals in Austria called the Professional Integration HUB. Currently, this is the most extensive project of the European Centre for Freedom and Independence, which will continue into the new year.
We organized an international educational visit for experts in the field of education to leading Austrian institutions, including the Parliament and the Vienna City Hall.
Our joint project with WIENXTRA for displaced youth received funding under the ERASMUS+ program. This means that next year, we will conduct an educational program for 36 youth workers from Austria, Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine in Vienna.
Our plans for the year 2024:
Remaining true to our mission of promoting a united Europe and assisting Ukraine in reconstruction and European integration, the European Centre for Freedom and Independence has ambitious plans for 2024.
In early February, the Professional Integration HUB will commence for 12 finalists, implemented by EUCFI upon the initiative of the ERSTE Foundation. We invite you to learn more about the project.
In April 2024, we plan to implement our joint project with WIENXTRA under the ERASMUS+ program.
Additionally, we are preparing many exciting announcements for future initiatives, and we'll share more about them in the new year!
